Sales Administrator – Thirsk

EXCITING and NEW opportunity to join a well-established company based in Thirsk!

Our new client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will need to hold excellent written and verbal skills, have a polite telephone manner and be hard working.

Duties:

·         Taking orders via phone and email.

·         Managing both current and new business accounts.

·         Dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries.

·         Entering data accurately using a Sage system and Microsoft Office packages.

·         Other administrative duties including filing, photocopying etc.

Key Skills and Experience:

·         Previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential.

·         Excellent telephone skills.

·         Must have good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.

·         Experience of using Sage systems.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm

In return, our client is offering a salary of £18k, with a benefits package included.
