Apprentice Sales / Recruitment – Harrogate

We are currently recruiting for an APPRENTICE to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Ae you looking to fulfil a career in the Sales / Recruitment industry?

This role will provide you with a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of sales and the recruitment process. You will also be given the chance to gain a Level 3 in Sales.

Duties:

·         Developing and winning new business through proactive business development

·         Negotiating fees with clients this could be over the phone, face – face or email

·         Interviewing and liaising with candidates to get a better insight of who they are, their strengths and job requirements

·         Sourcing for candidates and matching candidates to jobs

·         Offering advice and help to prepare for interviews and CV editing

·         Managing recruitment process, from initial interviews to the first day of employment for the candidate

·         Smooth out negotiations between clients and candidates

·         Provide feedback before and after interviews

·         Maintaining databases and promoting jobs to candidates

·         Building relationships with clients by understanding what they want and understanding the way they work

·         Attending meetings with candidates and clients

·         Attending a variety of networking events with the opportunity to be a key player within the business

In order to be successful, you will must be MOTIVATED! You will be keen to hit KPI’s and targets and be driven to making the business a SUCCESS!

In return, we will be offering an apprentice rate of £200/week! With regular reviews and incentive opportunities.
