Account Manager

Description

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company based in Thirsk as an Account Manager on a full time permanent basis.

You will be working alongside the friendly Sales Department in a busy office environment, growing the company’s clients and business.

Your role:

• Upselling and rebooking existing clients
• Relationship Building
• Gathering Market and Customer Information
• Product Quotations and Cost Calculations
• Product Knowledge
• Customer Service

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience within a fast paced office environment, be IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Package and a willingness to learn.  However full training will be provided.

Offering a salary of up to £20k – £23k + commission, a positive and friendly working environment and have some great benefits, including:

Hours of work: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm Friday
