EM Recruiting are EXCITING to be working with a company in Sheffield who have been operating for 25 years!

Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with various supplier accounts
  • Answering phone calls
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Matching delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Ensuring invoices and purchase orders are correctly entered on Sage
  • Assisting with queries within the office
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Managing and Negotiating services contracts
  • Working with sub-contractors
  • Maintaining Job Costing spread sheets
  • Raising subcontract payment applications and VAT Invoices
  • General administration duties as required

To be considered for this role you must have experience working with Sage 50 and have a working knowledge of Excel and general office suite programs.

Excellent time management and organisation skills are essential for the role along with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable although not required.

Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri (Ideally 8:30-5:30 with a 4:30 finish on a Friday however some flexibility available for the right candidate)

£8.21 – £9.50 per hour DOE
