We are recruiting for a number of Temporary Customer Service Advisors for our Harrogate based client!
Description
We are recruiting for a number of Temporary Customer Service Advisors for our Harrogate based client! These will be seasonal roles with a start date end of September/early October and finish in January.
They are looking for someone to join their highly motivated and passionate Customer Experience Team. Based at HQ in Harrogate, you will play a key role in supporting the team during their very busy peak season period. You will deliver exceptional customer service excellence by dealing with and advising on a variety of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, has a keen eye for detail and is able to work under pressure as part of a team or on their own. Although training will be provided it will be of advantage to have previous customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, Live Chat and phone
- Recommending products customers will love
- Placing orders and sprinkling in that famous customer service way
- Helping with aftersales care, warranty claims and festive hiccups along the way
Required
- Customer Service Experience via email/phone
- Accurate typing skills
- Computer Literate – Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends throughout November & December on a rota basis. Unfortunately, no leave can be granted for this period. If you work on a weekend you will receive a day off in the week.
- Hours will be on a rota, 8am – 4.30pm, 9am – 5.30pm
Pay will be £12.21/hour and will be paid on a weekly basis by us at the agency!
