A NEW and EXCITING opportunity has arisen to join one of our top clients as a Customer Care Liaison on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Harrogate.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Relations Department to further drive the company’s Customer Service ambitions.

Responsibilities

Customer Care:

  • Call Handling & query resolution
  • Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide simple communication
  • Maintaining database records
  • Providing administration support to the Customer Relations department
  • Collating Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Logging all new leads and warranties
  • Process catalogues

 

 

Ideally, you will be a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail. You need to be completely customer service focused, with excellent communication skills.

 

Previous telephone and customer service experience would be preferable but full training will be given. You must also have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

In return, our client is offering a salary of £19,000 + many company benefits such as pension, car parking, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, life assurance and many more!

 

This role will initially be work from home but, you will be expected to work from the head office in Harrogate when the company return to the office.
