NEWLY created role for our client based in Wetherby!

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

As Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for order processing, answering the phone, dealing with customer queries and sending the invoices on a day to day basis. Accuracy and a customer focused attitude are key personal features which would make this role a success.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Coordination and processing of customers sales orders onto the system
  • Answering & Resolving Telephone Queries – 1st on Phones
  • Monitor Shipments & Tracking orders
  • Despatch orders on system and sending Invoices
  • Sending Post
  • Taking card payments
  • Customer Pricing Management on the system.
    • Setting up special pricing arrangements
    • Creating pricelists as requested
  • Preparing customer information packs, mail outs and e-shots

You will have previous office-based experience with strong IT skills, particularly the Microsoft Office package. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build a rapport quickly with customers. You will have be accurate whilst processing and have an eye for detail.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £22k DOE.

Hours to be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
