Our client based in Ripon is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a full time, permanent basis!

You will be working from as part of a fun and friendly environment in open plan offices, reporting into the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include:

Receive and promptly respond to Customer enquiries
Ensure all enquiries are effectively addressed
Clearly communicate information to customers
Forward incoming queries to relevant departments
Re-allocate & refund customers
Manage order verifications
Gather and respond to online reviews
Open and close diaries
Enhance customer service solutions

You will ideally have previous Customer Service experience within a telephony environment and will be confident with IT packages. This is an office-based position with on site parking available

Hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm with one hour lunch, salary will be £20,842
