Description

We are recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Personal Assistant for our client based in Horsforth.

You will be required to support a high net worth individual with both Company and personal matters. Candidates must have had previous experience in a similar PA / EA role and should be organised and be able to manage their own time.

This role requires an extremely confidential candidate with bags of initiative and flexibility as well as first class communication and organisational skills.

This is a full-time role to be based within the office but can offer some flexibility for hybrid working.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive travel arrangements – UK and international (business and personal), organising flights, hotels, drivers and restaurants, to include detailed itineraries and bookings
  • Diary management, arranging calls, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, sending diary meeting events
  • Manage day-to-day email communications, act as the main point of contact for all incoming queries
  • Accounting duties – draft accounts, liaising with accountant, managing budgets, reporting, managing expenses, experience of Xero would be an advantage
  • Implementing an electronic filing system, managing processes and procedure
  • Meeting room booking and set up, making refreshments
  • Report and letter writing
  • Getting involved in internal groups (such as Social, charity etc) and being a collaborative team player

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will need to be a pro-active self-starter with an ambitious and energetic nature. Exceedingly good communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships both internally and externally is essential. Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise are essential along with the ability to meet and deliver on deadlines. As well as having the ability to analyse and problem solve you will require excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly competent PA / EA that is looking for a challenging role supporting at an executive level.

 

Hours to be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, some flexibility will be needed for occasional out of hours requirements.
