Description

We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant for our client based in Harrogate!

Based in central Harrogate our client is run by a small team, working with third party providers to help develop, deliver and support their service. This is a key role for our client, and you will work closely with the team and supporting the Chief Executive, you will be integral to the effectiveness and smooth running of the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Responsible for taking minutes at Board meetings and internal meetings
  • Research and analysis
  • Prepare and format reports and presentations
  • Maintain the company Risk Register and Information Asset Register
  • Ensure key processes and policies are reviewed on a regular basis
  • Day to day management of the Office
  • Ensure team members undertake necessary training within relevant timescales
  • Manage recruitment process
  • Develop and implement induction framework for new starters
  • Organise and manage the online filing system

  • Highly proficient using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Ability to create impactful presentations Qualifications
  • Batchelors degree or equivalent, with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a role demonstrating the skills and competencies required for this position, or
  • at least five years’ relevant experience

This role is full time working Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm) with flexible working to suit the needs of the business and the individual. This role will be office based but, will be work from home until restrictions are lifted.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35k with a benefits packing to include 25 days holiday + bank holidays and 5% pension contribution + many more!
