Description

We are recruiting for a number of ambitious Graduate Recruitment Resourcers to join our clients team, with exponential growth our client is looking to hire the best Harrogate talent to help drive their agency forward .

Reporting directly to the MD and working alongside a high performing team as a Resourcer you will work in a candidate driven role, to support consultants source suitable candidates for their roles through a number of headhunting channels.

Your main duties will include:

  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand hiring requirements and target profiles
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews via phone, video, or face-to-face
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records
  • Write and post job advertisements
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (business, sports are a bonus)
  • Competitive nature, a keen interest in sports would be a high advantage
  • Driven and focused, goal orientated with a desire to earn
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of initiative and a proactive mindset
  • Confident using MS Office and willing to learn new systems and technologies

Culture & Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: you must be willing to work late evenings due to international client base
  • Fridays: Early finish (typically 1 PM) or full day off when targets are met
  • Smart casual dress code

What You’ll Get

  • Base salary between £25K–£30K (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure from day one (10%–60%)
