We are seeking a dynamic and driven graduate to join our Ripon based client as a Graduate Sales Consultant in Mergers and Acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the fast-paced world of M&A, with comprehensive training and development provided for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As a Trainee Consultant, you will be immersed in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, learning directly from experienced industry professionals. You will have the chance to rapidly develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects.

They are looking for a bright, ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed. You should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in client interactions, and demonstrate a track record of success, whether through academic achievements or relevant commercial experience. Prior exposure to sales or a fast-paced business environment would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales calling to prospective clients, confirming appointments.
  2. Support senior consultants in the execution of M&A transactions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other industry professionals.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
  5. Manage and organise key project data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Participate in client meetings and support with the negotiation and closing process.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive Starting Salary: £25,000-£30,000.
  2. Commission: Once training is complete, consultants receive lucrative commission on top of salary, specifics to be discussed in an interview.

The office is based in Ripon and you will need to be a car driver for this role.
