Our client is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and all staff members
  • Send out online training to all staff members
  • Process new starters, contract changes and leavers on a weekly basis
  • Draft letters and correspondence
  • Provide general HR support via telephone and email
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships
  • Process DBS applications
  • Help with the organisation of payroll for over 1000 members of staff

In order to be considered for this role you need too:

  • Have excellent knowledge of Google Docs system or equivalent
  • Have previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a HR environment is desirable but not essential

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

In return our client is offering £17,000-£20,000 DOE plus benefits including 22 days holiday (11 of which must be taken during school holidays) and 8 bank holidays.

There is also the opportunity for the right candidate to gain a qualification with CIPD.
