They are currently looking to recruit an Order Processor to cover a Maternity contract. There is the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for a variety of customer service and administrative based tasks which will mainly consist of the following:
Your duties will include:
- Processing orders on a CRM
- Accurate data entry
- Dealing with customers over the phone & email
- Processing payments
- Working closely with other departments
Our client is looking for someone who is highly driven and self-motivated, someone who is a good communicator with a great drive to excel customer expectations.
You must have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience of working in customer service is essential.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
