Are you a highly motivated and organised individual who wants to work for a rewarding Yorkshire based Charity?

We are recruiting for a PA/Office Assistant for our client who is based in Chapel Allerton.

You will be the CEO’s ‘go to person’ and support them with all tasks needed, this will be a very busy and demanding role with no two days the same. This role is offering a real career opportunity for the right person!

Duties will include:

  • Diary management, arranging calls, scheduling meetings, sending diary meeting events
  • Manage day-to-day email communications, responding to all emails on behalf of the CEO, dealing with all urgent enquiries.
  • Personal duties for the CEO
  • Managing the office filing system, managing processes and procedure.
  • Meeting room booking and set up, making refreshments.
  • Accounting duties – inputting invoices, managing expenses and raising purchase orders.
  • All general office administration, answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Supporting the events team off site with any tasks needed.
  • Building relationships with supporters and key benefactors.

To be successful in this role you will need to be resilient, hardworking and determined due to the nature of the industry and the role things can change very quickly so you must be able to adapt and take on any task when needed.

 

This role requires an extremely confidential candidate with bags of initiative and flexibility as well as first class communication and organisational skills.

You will need to be a pro-active self-starter with an ambitious and energetic nature. Exceedingly good communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships both internally and externally is essential. Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise are essential along with the ability to meet and deliver on deadlines. As well as having the ability to analyse and problem solve you will require excellent attention to detail.

 

This is a full-time role to be based within the office and flexibility is required to attend events off site.
