Description

We are recruiting for a Part Time Office Manager/Administrator for our client based in Ripon!

 

This role is 16 – 18 hours/week, hybrid/flexible working with one day to be worked in the office!

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Create and update accounts and invoicing records and database.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare proposals when assigned.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors & examine invoices received.
  • Liaise with fee earners, accountants and international client base.
  • Assist colleagues with project specific tasks whenever necessary.

Required skills:

  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS office products and particular good working knowledge and experienced in the use of Excel.
  • Confident and capable of independent working.
  • Experience in basic accounts is preferable (but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic is required.

 

Salary & Benefits

  • Pay to be £12.82/hour FTE £25k
  • Flexible hours (minimum 1 day per week in the office)
  • Ability to work from home
  • Dog-friendly office

 

For this role you will need to be a car driver to get to the location as they are on the outskirts of Ripon.
