We are recruiting for a Part Time Office Manager/Administrator for our client based in Ripon!
This role is 16 – 18 hours/week, hybrid/flexible working with one day to be worked in the office!
The successful applicant will:
- Be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders as required.
- Create and update accounts and invoicing records and database.
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals when assigned.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors & examine invoices received.
- Liaise with fee earners, accountants and international client base.
- Assist colleagues with project specific tasks whenever necessary.
Required skills:
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of MS office products and particular good working knowledge and experienced in the use of Excel.
- Confident and capable of independent working.
- Experience in basic accounts is preferable (but not essential)
- Strong work ethic is required.
Salary & Benefits
- Pay to be £12.82/hour FTE £25k
- Flexible hours (minimum 1 day per week in the office)
- Ability to work from home
- Dog-friendly office
For this role you will need to be a car driver to get to the location as they are on the outskirts of Ripon.
