Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their fast growing recruitment team in Harrogate!

Due to substantial growth plans, they are recruiting for additional Consultants to join their ambitious and lively head office team in Harrogate.

Learning from the Associate Director, you will support the permanent delivery team with all resourcing and delivery!

With an in depth training plan and weekly sessions, you will gain expert knowledge of their recruitment process and specialist industry!

Key responsibilities:

• Become an integral part of the Perm Delivery team

• Develop expertise across the full recruitment process for successfully supporting perm roles
• Proactively gain knowledge of the market
• Attract candidates through targeted headhunting, networking, job adverts, social media and seeking recommendations/referrals
• Speak to candidates on the phone/via video to assess their suitability for perm vacancies
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates at all levels of seniority
• Conduct yourself professionally with teammates, leadership and external customers
• Undertake training to understand the recruitment process and embed in the business
• Work towards agreed objectives and standards to enable success in the role
• Bring ideas forward to continuously improve the way we conduct business

Skills required: 

• Upbeat, lively, articulate with prior office experience ideally

• Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
