NEW opportunity to join a well established and unique business based in Harrogate. Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis!

As Sales Administrator you will provide admin support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and enhancing team productivity. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, processing orders and acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, managing calendars, and preparing sales materials.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up in coordination with the wider team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance) to support seamless order fulfilment and customer service.
  • Making calls to existing customers to take phone orders and introduce new product lines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

For this role you will need to complete a full police history check due to the nature of the industry.

Immediate start available for the right candidate!

In return, our client is offering a salary of £26k – £28k with working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
