Our client is looking for Sales Lead Generators / Telesales Executives to assist in the development of business opportunities.
Our client, based in Knaresborough is looking for Sales Lead Generators / Telesales Executives to assist in the development of business opportunities. Successful Applicants will be making volumes of B2B calls and be expected to pre-qualify, ask questions and build rapport, and, set further call appointments for Senior Sales Engineers.
In return you will be joining a dynamic Company that is going through a significant period of growth. Incentives include – Quarterly Profit Share Bonus Scheme and monthly sales commission.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- B2B Telesales Calls
- Pre-qualification of potential new Customers
- Call setting / arranging business development meetings for Senior Sales Engineers
- Recording and updating data within our CRM System
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators
- Good telephone manner – Enthusiastic, clear and concise
- Excellent interpersonal skills – Able to quickly establish a rapport
- Tenacity – A desire to see an objective through to its successful conclusion
- A good team player – Ability to liaise effectively with work colleagues
- Ambition – A wish to use your abilities to progress your career
- Good organisation skills – To manage effectively your own daily, weekly tasks
- Good ability to grasp new concepts – An interest in delivering value to our clients
