Our client based in Harrogate are looking for a Sales Ledger Co-Ordinator to join their busy Customer Relations department to provide their valued clients with an effortless customer service experience.

Description

Our client based in Harrogate are looking for a Sales Ledger Co-Ordinator to join their busy Customer Relations department to provide their valued clients with an effortless customer service experience.

You will be responsible for a variety of customer service and administrative based tasks which will mainly consist of the following:

  • Call handling & query resolution
  • Raising credit notes
  • Resolving credit or invoice queries
  • Maintaining database records
  • Daily invoicing runs and posting invoices to the sales ledger
  • Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide good communication

 

They are looking for someone who is highly driven and self-motivated, someone who is a good communicator with a great drive to excel customer expectations.

 

You must have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

Experience of working in customer service is essential. Experience in invoicing and knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
