Our client, based in Ripon is currently looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join their team to cover an ongoing temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent!

You will be working in a busy and vibrant Customer Service department to provide an admin support.

Your main duties will include:

  • Data entry
  • Handling incoming emails
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries
  • Filing, photocopying and any ad hoc admin duties

Our client is looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and motivated to join their busy and friendly team. You will ideally have some previous office experience; finance experience will be an advantage although not essential. Ideally you will have good attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills.

Hours will be 35/week and will be done on a rota basis – weekend work will be included!

Monday to Friday 9 – 6pm and the weekend shifts is 8am – 1pm.

Hourly rate – £8.21/hour, no interview required immediate start available!
