Our client, based in Melmerby is looking to recruit a number of Temporary Customer Service Advisors with an immediate start to work up until the end of the year!
Main duties include:
- Understanding the full range of products and services so as to respond to customer enquiries, provide information and support promotional campaigns.
- Provide an excellent level of customer support.
- Effectively utilise the in-house automated information systems.
- To build relationships to win support for the benefit of the business.
- Work successfully with others – valuing and utilising the different skills of colleagues across the organisation.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, promoting free-flowing communication.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow up customer calls/emails, where necessary.
Requirements:
- GCSEs to include Maths & English at or above grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Customer facing background.
- Strong organisational and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday. Weekend working will be rota’d in closer to Christmas (with days off mid-week to accommodate). 9am to 5pm currently then 8am to 6pm closer to Christmas. You will be required to work on boxing day and new years.
Our client will be offering an hourly rate of £11.44/hour with overtime at time and a half on a weekend/bank holidays.
