Our client based in Ripon is currently looking for a Live Chat/Social Media Agent to join their team on an ongoing basis – need to be available for longer term.
Your duties will include:
- Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Enquiries via (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) or through its live chat feature
- The agent must carefully process the customer’s questions and subsequently answer them by following a set protocol depending on both their initial query and following responses.
- Ensure All Enquiries are Effectively Addressed working towards KPIs and SLAs
- Clearly Communicate Information to Customers – Agents must be able to quickly search for and obtain specific information requested by customers using an internal CRM system and feed this back to them in both an accurate and timely manner.
- Generate Confirmed Pre-Paid Customers for Outbound Bookings Agents
- Record Outcomes and Enhance Customer Service Solutions
- Identify Possible Website Errors
You will ideally have previous customer service experience and will be confident with IT packages. Good level of accuracy and a desire to succeed is essential!
This is an office-based position, on site parking available and is a short walk from the bus station in the town centre.
Hours are 45/week across Monday – Friday working 8am – 6pm paying £8.72/hour on a temp basis. FTE £20,400!
