Description

Our client based in Ripon are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Clerk for the Finance department on a fixed term 10 month contract.

You will:

  • Be providing excellent administration to the team and working towards department processes.
  • Performing reconciliations of invoices and payments
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience & achieving KPI’s as set.
  • Ensuring audit control procedure is adhered to at all times.
  • Ensuring you work in line with the respect values, office guidelines & team charter.

You will have previous admin experience within an office-based environment. Any experience within a financial background or in using bespoke systems would be useful but is not essential as full training will be provided. The Finance Business Support Clerk will have strong communication skills to be able to liaise with internal colleagues and provide training and we’re looking for someone with a lot of enthusiasm to learn and bring new ideas to our project. A high attention to detail, ability to prioritise your workload and adaptability will be key to success in delivering this exciting project.

Our client has 2 positions available one full time position for 37.5 hours and one 4 days/week/flexible hours for 30 hours/week.

In return, our client is offering £9.02/hour and immediate starts are available!
