Description

Are you available immediately for work and have previous administration, phone based or accounts experience?

Our client based in Ripon are currently looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis!

You will be required to manage a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.

  • Ensure systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information.
  • Work within set Measures, KPI’s and Objectives assigned (individual and/or team).
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify and support query resolution to enable free cash flow into the business.
  • Identify and support problem solving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio.
  • Attend internal or external meetings as required.
  • To act in accordance to department Policies & Procedures, with full Audit & Data compliance.

This role will be a work from home position but, you must be based locally as you will need to go to the office for equipment, induction and training.

The hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm paying an hourly rate of £9.02/hour.
