Warehouse – Night Shift – 6 month FTC

Description

We are currently recruiting for a number of Night Shift Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Knaresborough to cover a 6 month fixed term contract.

This role will involve:

• Loading and unloading of trunking and delivery vehicles.
• Ensure all consignments are correctly split and scanned to correct asset locations.
• Ensure all consignments are correctly picked and scanned to the correct run/delivery vehicle.
• Ensure all material handling equipment is used in accordance with the SOP’s.
• To ensure all returns are identified/labelled/dispatched in accordance to the consignment returns procedure.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company procedure and Good Distribution Practise for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Support other personnel in times of absence, sickness, holiday or peaks of work.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Undertake any reasonable task as requested by an appropriate authority.
• Ensure any issues are escalated to the Shift Supervisor

Shift patterns are – 4am to 12pm or 5am to 1pm, some weekend work may be required!

Own transport ESSENTIAL due to the hours needed.
