Customer Account Manager

Description

Our Ripon based client, one of the UK’s largest and leading names in their industry is currently looking to recruit Customer Account Managers to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will build lasting partnerships with self-employed customers, coaching them on business planning, onboarding new trainees and helping them deliver the best customer experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing, accounts and training teams, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them maximise their potential as self-employed business owners. We will:

• Empower and Coach: Offering practical advice and solutions to help them their businesses successfully, from supply to business planning.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Forge strong, supportive partnerships with clients through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive engagement.
• Onboard New Clients: Welcome and guide Potential clients through their first six months, working closely with the Training Support Team to help them qualify, thrive and build successful businesses.
• Champion Customer Service: Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every instructor feels valued and supported.
• Assisting and Directing Client Marketing Requirements: Work proactively alongside the marketing team to establish the key areas required for customer acquisition.

You will need previous customer service experience from a telephony environment couple with strong communication and resilience, and confidence using Outlook and CRM systems. You will have a proactive, can-do attitude with the determination to overcome challenges and deliver results. You will be a team player with the ability to be able to work on your own initiative.

This is a full time, office based role offering a salary of £26,500
