Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a proactive office based role for a fast paced company. Assisting with inbound customer enquiries efficiently whilst providing administrative support for the sales representatives. Ensuring all customers enquiries are dealt with efficiently in a timely manner and following through any tasks assigned by the sales team.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries
  • Prioritising and processing customer orders
  • Follow up care for customer needs
  • Liaising with warehouse regarding outbound and inbound deliveries
  • Supporting the sales reps with administration and managing outlook diaries
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • All ad hoc business admin duties as required by the business

You will have previous office-based experience with strong IT skills, particularly the Microsoft Office package. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build a rapport quickly with customers. You will have be accurate whilst processing and have an eye for detail.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £18k – £22k DOE.

Hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
